Refund Policy
NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
We follow a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy on all food products. Due to hygiene regulations and the perishable, non-resalable nature of consumable items, all sales are considered final. We strongly urge all customers to review their order details carefully before placing the order. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
In the rare event that a customer receives a physically damaged product or an item that is clearly incorrect, a replacement may be considered, but only under strict conditions and at our sole discretion. To be eligible for a replacement, the customer must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video. This video must begin before the parcel is opened, show the sealed packaging in its original condition, capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits, and clearly display the product and the issue being claimed. The video must be recorded at the time of opening the parcel and must show the defect or incorrect item clearly. Any video that is recorded after the package has already been opened, tampered with, consumed, or discarded will not be accepted as valid proof.
Furthermore, this unboxing video must be shared with our support team within 24 hours of the product being delivered. Any complaints made after this time frame, or without complete and valid video proof, will be automatically rejected. Videos that are edited, start mid-way through the unboxing, or fail to show the full condition of the packaging and product will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To report an issue, you must either email us at support@mrmerchant.in with the unboxing video attached, or contact our customer care team at +91-8740034538 within the allowed 24-hour window. Once your video is reviewed and the issue is verified, a one-time replacement may be issued at our discretion.
Please note that replacements, if approved, will be provided only once per order and strictly at our discretion, after a thorough review of the unboxing video and issue reported. We reserve the right to deny any request for replacement if the provided evidence does not meet our policy standards. All decisions made by our team in this regard will be final and non-negotiable. No requests based on personal preferences, taste, or subjective feedback will be entertained. Misuse of our replacement policy, fraudulent claims, or repeated abuse may result in the customer being permanently blacklisted from future purchases.
